What does make someone a great storyteller? Many people aassociate storytelling just with reading stories aloud. However, many more things can be explored through storytelling than simply reading any good story aloud.

While reading stories, the reader is mostly focussed must always be focused on the printed words and does not get enough opportunity to make eye contact with the auidience. In contrast, storyteller has complete freedom to speak directly with the audience. It helps to engage audience specially children in a better way and watch their reactions to the story.

It is the storytellers who can create the story come to life through their expression and voice. Even, a storyteller has the flexibility to create a story collaboratively with the audience. Thus , storytelling becomes almost a personalized experience for all involved parties.
